O mnie

I am a physiotherapist, a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow and the University of Olsztyn. While still studying, I was gaining my professional experience, including in the 1st league women's basketball team KKS Olsztyn and volunteered at the Biernat Sports and Rehabilitation Center in Olsztyn. Currently, I am continuing my scientific development at the Doctoral School of AWF Kraków. The research topic I am discussing concerns primarily the biomechanics of the lower limb, with particular emphasis on the relationships between the hip girdle and the ankle and foot complex. These scientific interests allow me to better help patients with lower limb dysfunctions. In Nowa Ortopedia, I deal with conservative treatment of disorders within the musculoskeletal system and conduct pre- and postoperative physiotherapy. My basic tool in working with patients is movement therapy, which I support with manual actions. I put emphasis on patient education and on his active involvement in the rehabilitation process. I try to update my knowledge on a regular basis based on scientific evidence and training. Skateboarding is my passion, with which I have been involved for over 16 years. Besides, I like cooking and enjoy it.

1st place in the team competition at the 7th National Olympiad of Knowledge of Young Physiotherapists, AWF Warsaw 2019
1st place in the Tournament of National Physiotherapy Teams, Medical University of Poznań, 2019
