O mnie

I am a graduate of Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I started my work with patients under the watchful eye of experts at the end of the first year of studies (in 2015), observing and analyzing unusual cases in the work of a physiotherapist. I direct my actions to the needs reported by the patient so that he or she returns to full fitness as soon as possible.

In my practice, I focus on the treatment of an orthopedic patient, focusing on traumatology of the ankle and knee joints, as well as on preparing the patient for orthopedic procedures.

The diseases I most often work with are: a wide spectrum of injuries of the ankle joint (joint sprain in the acute and chronic phase, instability, dislocation, traumatic and overload fractures, ligament injuries, tendinopathies of the lower leg muscles, tarsal canal syndrome, anterolateral conflict, posterior conflict, inflammation plantar fascia, Haglund-Sever disease, Achilles tendon problems) and problems within the knee joint (patellofemoral conflict, jumper's knee, runner's knee, meniscus injuries, preparation for ligament reconstruction procedures, endoprosthesoplasty, meniscectomy, as well as the above-mentioned therapy surgical interventions, also introducing active work with the scar).

In order to supplement the therapy of my patients, for several years I have also been making individually formed orthopedic insoles SIDAS Medical (Podiatech). The insoles preserve the effects of therapy and reduce pain, among other things, by improving the mechanics of gait.

I also supplement my professional practice with scientific activity, being a member of the Polish Students' Orthopedic Society (OSTO) and taking both active and passive participation in workshops and scientific conferences on new methods and options for treating orthopedic patients.
